Our typical plated dinner choice includes bread, a salad, an entrée with a protein, a vegetable, and a starch. You are more than welcome to opt for a coursed meal or curate the menu how you see fit.
BUFFET
The classic buffet is set up totally with your vision. This style is perfect for any event and offers flexibility and variety that caters to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. We take care of your guests’ with multiple entrees displayed very beautifully and elegantly. FAMILY STYLE
Our family style meals bring everyone to the table. This communal dining experience encourages connection and conversation and creates a relaxed atmosphere. For our family style meals, food is served to each table in a dish meant to be passed around the table for guests to serve themselves and enjoy each other’s company. The menu usually comes with bread, 1 salad, 2 proteins, 2 sides, and a seasonal roasted vegetable platter or you are more than welcome to create your own menu.
STATIONS
Our food stations are designed to be the highlight of your event. Each station offers a unique culinary experience, showcasing a variety of dishes and an engaging element to your event. Food stations can be buffets where guests serve themselves, build-your-own stations or stations composed of small plates.
PASSED HORS D’OEUVRES
Appetizers are passed on platters by our servers throughout your event. We will elevate your event with our appetizer choices that range from classic favorites to innovative creations.
DROP OFF
This option is a very popular option with our clients. Our drop-off catering is great for events that do not require staff. The food is delivered cold or hot.
