We pride ourselves in not only sourcing all our products from our local community but making everything from scratch. From working closely with farms and our local grocery stores, to printing our menus from our local printing shop, we make sure that our business truly stands on making sure our community is front and center. We believe every event deserves the same attention, detail and dedication; thus, we don’t compromise on quality, nor do we cut corners, that is our promise to you.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PRODUCTS?
We are proud to say we source our fresh food from our local community. We pride ourselves in making everything from scratch, so our dishes are made literally from farm (or local grocery stores) to table.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL SERVICE?
Unfortunately, we do not work with any alcohol but we work with amazing partners that do.
DO YOU MAKE DESSERT?
With Aisha being an amazing chef, baking is something she absolutely cannot do. Rest assured, we work with local bakeries that make incredible desserts.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
Our kitchen is located in Green Bay, but our clients are all over! We are more than happy to travel for the right client- and we sure do love to travel.
DO YOU WORK WITH A BUDGET?
Yes, we work with certain budgets.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?
Please note that as a small business that offers curated services, our resources are limited and we only take on so many events in a day or week. Because of that, we do have order minimums in place. Please see below and contact us directly if you have an exception.

DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF?
Yes we do! Our bartenders and servers are longtime friends of ours we met during our waitressing days-they are trained professionals and pretty freaking awesome.
DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We are happy to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. However, please notify us ahead of time.
WHAT IF I DON’T SEE ANYTHING ON THE MENU I LIKE?
Thankfully, we love curating special menus. Just Ask!
DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?
Absolutely. We do not offer free tastings. The tasting fee is meant to assist in covering product and labor costs associated with producing a custom tasting.
DO YOU OFFER HALAL OPTIONS?
Absolutely.
DO YOU HAVE A CUISINE SPECIALTY?
Due to our extensive travels and love of eating, we dabble in most cuisines!

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU SERVE?
It truly depends. We can serve anywhere from 1 to 350 guests for drop off or buffet style dinners. For plated dinners, please reach out to us!
IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN THE FINAL BILL?
We believe gratuities are earned, so we leave that to your discretion. They are most definitely not required but are appreciated.
WHAT IS A SERVICE FEE?
The service fee offsets admin and labor costs surrounding your event. This includes working with rental companies, site visits, utilities, day to day operation, etc. No part of the service fee is intended to be a gratuity for any staff member or employee who provides services to guests. NO part of the service fee will be distributed as gratuity to any staff member.
